A premium Atlantic-influenced rosé from Casal Sta. Maria, made from vineyard parcels dedicated exclusively to rosé production since 2017. 

Crafted from Touriga Nacional, Pinot Noir and Syrah, it undergoes gentle pressing, slow decanting and fermentation in both new and used French oak barrels, followed by ten months of bâtonnage for elegance and texture. 

Clean and refined with salmon colour, raspberry, strawberry, vanilla with salty notes and crunchy acidity, it offers a long, intense finish ideal for sophisticated summer dishes.

Casal Sta. Maria is a boutique estate in Colares, just steps from the Atlantic, where steep coastal cliffs and constant ocean breezes shape wines of remarkable freshness and precision. Revived in the early 2000s, the estate is known for its meticulous manual harvesting, rigorous grape selection and focus on small-scale, high-quality production. One of the most distinctive producers in the Lisboa region.
