It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
Postal costs for returns must be paid by the customer. The products are your responsibility until they return to our warehouse. Please ensure that you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or packaging and keep the track&trace information for your reference.
We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. Please include as many details as possible in your email including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with a product. Please make sure you inspect the packages upon receipt and only sign for goods that have arrived without damages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight. Custom-made sale items cannot be returned.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation, the original packaging must be sealed and the product should not be damaged. This also applies to the product. If this is not the case, then the amount will not be refunded.
Warranty
You always have a 9-month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Broken zippers are excluded from the warranty. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.
We regret to inform you that I cannot process claims for products damaged during use. Once items are delivered in proper condition, their usage and maintenance become the customer's responsibility. We advise users to follow product guidelines and handle items with care. Any damages incurred during use, beyond initial delivery, will not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
