This Chardonnay-Arinto blend gains its richness from partial fermentation and 7-month ageing in French oak.

Full-bodied, with pear, mango, dried lemon peel, coconut and a hint of vanilla and discreet smokiness, it shines with cod, rich fish dishes, white meats and cheese.

Quinta do Gradil is one of Portugal’s oldest wine estates, with documented origins dating back to 1492. Its vineyards benefit from a unique meeting of Atlantic influence and inland warmth, allowing both Portuguese and international varieties to thrive. Quinta do Gradil is known for producing elegant, character-driven wines and their bold use of varieties obscure in Portugal like Tannat or Malbec.
