A delicate, organically certified rosé from the Atlantic-cooled vineyards of Quinta de Sant’Ana, grown on calcareous clay slopes in Mafra. 

Made from Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Merlot, it is gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve its purity and elegance. 

Dry and refreshing with strawberry, raspberry and meadow-flower notes, it offers bright acidity and subtle vanilla, making it ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes.
