Vintage geïnspireerde yogamat met abstract bloemendessin in beige en bordeaux. De stilte binnenin kent de antwoorden die we zoeken. Probeer niet altijd 'meer' en 'beter' te bereiken. Vaak is gewoon 'minder' de oplossing die we nodig hebben. Hunker down, wat een prachtig cadeau voor jezelf.
Deze schuimmat heeft de perfecte afmetingen van een grotere yoga/sportmat. Met 65 x 180 cm is het perfect formaat voor een grondtraining zoals pilates of core training. Maar probeer het ook voor herstellende yoga zoals yoga Nidra of Yin yoga. Je zult verrast zijn door het comfort en de ondersteuning van deze yogamat.
De yogamat heeft voldoende grip voor staande houdingen maar is niet zo plakkerig als een gewone yogamat. Met het schuim van 3 cm geeft het je geweldige ondersteuning voor een grondtraining (zeg maar vaarwel tegen pijnlijke gewrichten). Iets wat je nog nooit eerder hebt meegemaakt en wat uniek is op het gebied van yoga/sportmatten.

Storage: roll up your luxury ByAlex yoga mat with the top facing out. This keeps the corners of the mat flat. Add the topped gold elastic or use a yoga strap to keep it rolled up.
Cleaning: if you want to clean the yoga mat, it is best to spray the mat with water containing a few drops of ecological detergent. Then wipe the surface with a damp cloth using only water. After cleaning, you can let the yoga mat dry on the floor before rolling it up again. Clean your yoga mat about once a week. Consider cleaning your yoga mat as part of your yoga practice and treat it with love and patience. This way you will benefit the longest from a well-functioning and clean yoga mat.
