Designed to Move with Your Lifestyle

A balance cushion, also known as a stability disc or wobble cushion, creates an unstable surface that encourages small adjustments in your body's position. These subtle movements make sitting and exercising more dynamic.

Unlike traditional balance cushions that look purely functional, byAlex adds a design-focused touch with beautiful fabric covers in carefully selected colours and textures.

A little movement. A little more balance. A lot more style.

Active Sitting for Your Home Office

Spending long hours at a desk doesn't have to mean sitting completely still. Place your byAlex Balance Cushion on your office chair to introduce gentle movement into your working day.

The slightly unstable surface encourages your body to make small adjustments as you sit, engaging your stabilising muscles. It's a practical way to add variety to your usual seating routine without taking up the space of a sitting ball.

With a diameter of 40 cm, the byAlex Balance Cushion is compact, easy to move and simple to incorporate into your everyday workspace.

One compact accessory, plenty of ways to move.

Balance Cushion vs. Sitting Ball: Which Is Right for You?

Both balance cushions and sitting balls can introduce movement into your sitting routine, but they offer different advantages.

A sitting ball provides a larger, more dynamic seating surface and makes a statement in your home office. A balance cushion is a compact alternative that fits directly on many office chairs and can easily be moved from one place to another.

Choose a byAlex Balance Cushion if you want a space-saving option that combines active sitting with a stylish design. Prefer a more prominent seating alternative? Explore our collection of byAlex Sitting Balls.

I ordered a cork yogamat from byAlex. It came, and it is just as beautiful as in the pictures! I do yoga almost every day and so far it lasts super well. Happy with it. Shipping and packaging all top notch!

"Soft & Comfy"

Great purchase; the cover is so comfy. After blowing it up and then leaving it for a weekend, I added more air and the ball expanded to full size to be tight up against the cover. Perfect size for a traditional desk height. My co-workers have tried it out and love it too — highly recommend!

This is the first time I have reviewed a product in a long time and I have to say, it's well deserved. I'm not sure how I not used a ball before. Solid five stars from me, I am a huge fan!
