Packages in the Netherlands are usually take between 1 and 3 days. Shipping time varies within Europe. To Belgium and Germany it is about 3 working days. The rest of Europe about a week.

Transport times for the rest of the world vary greatly, but take into account 4 to 6 weeks.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return the unused product(s) in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When we have received the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product.

With a good pump and some patience you'll be fine. Take a look at this FAQ, you will probably find the answer there.

You can easily apply the wallpaper yourself. The byAlex wallpaper is non-woven wallpaper. This means that you apply the glue directly to the wall and hang the wallpaper track by track. We recommend that you buy high-quality (ready-to-use) wallpaper glue. Take your time to create a 2 lane seamless pattern. If it's not quite correct, just remove the wallpaper and try again. This is totally fine as long as the glue is still wet.

- First you fold the mat in half lengthwise.

- You push the mat doubled into the cover, make sure that the foam is completely in the tips.

- Then gently pull the cover down.

- Then make sure that the other two corners are in the lower points of the cover before closing the zipper.

- Now release the mat and roll, push and pull a little to get the mat neatly inside the cover. This does not always go well, but keep moving and the mat will automatically sit in the right place. It also helps to let the mat rest for a while or put it under the mattress of your bed.

The play mats, yoga mats and poufs are filled with a sturdy CFC-free foam. This foam is made in Belgium and meets the strict quality requirements. Made for ultimate comfort and to last for years.

The fabric is made in the Netherlands from a super sturdy quality 100% velvet polyester. The fabric is velor and extremely soft. Read more about the choices I made for the fabric of the byAlex products.

The size. A play mat is 140x80 cm. A yoga mat is 180x65 cm. They are both 3 cm thick. Quality of foam and fabric is the same for both.

Yes and no. For a sleepover or an afternoon nap, yes. But it's not designed for sleeping on every night.

ByAlex started as a small company from the attic. Later the products were made by home seamstresses in the Netherlands. Now part of the production is made in Poland. With experienced seamstresses who receive a fair salary for the work they do.

I designed the patterns for the play mats, the yoga mats and all other byAlex products myself.
