There are 3 sizes available. A 55cm, a 65 cm and a 75 cm ball (in diameter). The size you need is depending of your lengt. Here is a quick overview.
Under 160 cm (5'3") → 55 cm ball
160–185 cm (5'3"–6'1") → 65 cm ball (best for most adults)
Over 185 cm (6'1") → 75 cm ball
Cleaning the ball is is easy, it is best to spray your item with water containing a few drops of ecological detergent. Then wipe the surface with a damp cloth using only water. After cleaning, you can let it dry.
Cover has a zipper. You can take off the cover and wash it in the washing machine on 40 degrees.
Please note that the leather balls are not washable in the washing machine.
