📏If you are under 1.60 m.(5'3"), a 55 cm ball is typically recommended.
📏For those between 1.60 and 1.85 meters (5'3" to 5'9"), a 65 cm ball is usually ideal. This is also the best size if you use the ball at a fixed desk or (kitchen) table.
📏For people taller than 1.85 meters (5'9"), a 75 cm ball is suggested.
