A lively rosé traditional method sparkling from Caves Terras do Demo.

Made from 100% Touriga Nacional from the granite-soiled, high-altitude vineyards of Távora-Varosa. A region celebrated for producing elegant, naturally fizzy wines. 
Strawberry, cranberry, brioche and floral aromas, and a light, softly fizzy palate with bright acidity. Pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, pasta, fish dishes or white meats, and makes a fine aperitif.

Caves Terras do Demo is a producer based in the Távora-Varosa region — an area of high-altitude vineyards, granite soils and a cool continental climate, well suited for sparkling-wine production. Their winemaking philosophy emphasizes natural effervescence, terroir expression and traditional methods: wines are crafted to reflect the soil, altitude and climate of the vineyards, producing fresh, expressive, and regionally distinctive wines.
