A fresh, Atlantic-influenced Arinto that pays tribute to the biodiversity surrounding Quinta do Gradil’s vineyards. 
Fermented and aged on lees for six months in a sphere-shaped cement “Galilleu,” it gains natural texture and energy through gentle convection-driven bâtonnage. 
Vibrant, citrus-driven and mineral with chamomile notes, it is perfect for fatty dishes such as fried fish or grilled sardines.

Quinta do Gradil is one of Portugal’s oldest wine estates, with documented origins dating back to 1492. Its vineyards benefit from a unique meeting of Atlantic influence and inland warmth, allowing both Portuguese and international varieties to thrive. Quinta do Gradil is known for producing elegant, character-driven wines and their bold use of varieties obscure in Portugal like Tannat or Malbec.
