I have three healthy and tasty tips for you.
Start the day, or your morning workout, really fresh and fruity with a smoothie bowl. And how nice: you can use it in all directions. So choose your favorite seasonal fruit or vegetable, and mix and match for your own super bowl.
Summer strawberry bowl
Blend 225 grams of frozen strawberries with 1 banana and 4 tbsp coconut yogurt. Garnish with fresh strawberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes.
Green power bowl
Mix 1 ready-to-eat avocado with a handful of spinach, 4 tbsp coconut yogurt, 1 kiwi and 1 banana. Do you think the structure is a bit too thick? Add some (coconut) water. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and fresh kiwi.
Chocolate bomb with raspberries
Blend 200 ml coconut yogurt with 70 grams fresh raspberries, 1 tbsp (or more ;)) cocoa powder and 1 frozen banana. Garnish with fresh raspberries and chopped nuts (eg. pistachios, walnuts and/or almonds).
